No bowls in the kitchen, not enough silverware for the room capacity, one flat pillow per person, lack of toilet paper, and not as advertised. The description said AC, down comforter, memory foam mattress, and premium bedding. Our room had none of that "

"It’s a very basic hotel. I stayed with two friends. We knew that we would only come back to the hotel to sleep because we were going to be touristing all day, so this was a fine hotel. Front desk is very friendly rooms are very clean. Hotel is located in a suburban Neighbourhood so it was pretty quiet. In terms of location, however you can use the bus to get where you need to go, but it is kind of far from the central city. We also had to use bus or Uber to take us to the main city. Yes the room is small and yes, the showers are small, but it’s objective was literally just to house us for the days that we were going to be in Rome and that was fine. "

"Room has got everything for a modern traveller. Kettle and USB charger even a work desk and nice juliet balcony. Only thing was the instant coffee provide was only for one use. We prefer two sets one in the afternoon and evening. Room was clean and towels were too. "
