"Beautiful villa, not at all tired or in need of update as per previous review comments. Nice decor and everything available for our stay. Pool and outdoor area are fantastic. Very hot so bonus to have air con in bedrooms. Very close to beach and easy walk to supermarket and restaurants. We did not have a car so some limitations with public transport to Rome but doable and train fare very reasonable. Vittorio very responsive to any query we had re transportation and kindly arranged a taxi for us. Highly recommended. "
