Ground Floor 2 Bedroom Apartment

This is a fabulous ground floor apartment south west facing with amazing views over the 16th fairway on the Mar Menor golf resort.There are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms one being an ensuite to the master bedroom. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard including television in the main living area, air-con/heating, free wifi. There is a lovely kitchen with breakfast bar and is fully equipped. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside units and mirror. The beds are zip and link and can provide single beds to king size beds. The apartment is situated on the exclusive 5* private golf resort which has 24 hour security and only ten minutes from the beach. The excellent on site facilities include golf course, golf school, club house, bars, restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, communal swimming pools. In the middle of the resort is the 5* Intercontinental Hotel with an excellent spa which is open to non residents. The hotel is a two minute walk from the apartment. Th apartment will suit, couples, groups of friends, families and golfing parties.

Great property

Lovely location on the site easy walking distance to several bars and restaurants and views of the golf course are very good too. Travelling with family, there is enough to keep you occupied within the area and the apartment was first rate including the much needed aircon in the extremely hot weather…

Beautiful

Nothing negative to say. This was a lovely apartment overlooking the golf course in a quiet location but easy walking distance to restaurants and activities. Clean, modern and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment.

Fantastisk lejlighed

Super lejlighed, den ligge fantastisk med smuk udsigt og tæt på pool. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge. Eneste minus er at der mangler en parasol eller markise på den store front terrasse som er badet i sol. Vil gerne leje den igen :-)

The Perfect Place

Excellent sums up this property. Home from home and has everything you could possibly want. A great size 2 double bedroom property with a bathroom and en-suite too. Dishwasher and washing machine.. plus Tv, music etc etc.. Lovely furnishings too. Dealing with Siobhan was great too, very efficient and friendly at the same time.. I will definitely be going back and will be booking this apartment again. We walked up to the boulevards in the evening or you can cab it for 5€ with Torre Pacheco cabs. And the new restaurant called Vines is very very stylish (best one there) and the vines gastro bar is equally stylish. The food in both places was exceptional.

Just Superb!

Having stayed on the resort in differing accommodation for 15 years, I can honestly say this is the best. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was clean and furnished beautifully. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you for a lovely holiday and we look forward to staying with you again.

A very nice and spacious ground floor apartment with great views over the golf course

This is the second visit we have made to the Mar Menor resort and I expect we will be back, the resort is maintained to a very high standard and is in a great spot to explore the area. The apartment is large and very well furnished it's also in a very nice quiet spot but it's still close to all the amenities onsite. An excellent apartment on a fantastic resort.

Fantastic,well equiped, tasteful apartment.

We have visited Mar Menor Golf resort many times and are always pleased with the standard of the apartments. It is the first time we have stayed in this particular apartment and it was most defiantly a cut above any of the others we have stayed in. The décor is amazing, location fantastic and the owner cannot do enough to help. We stayed with two teenage boys and spent many evening drinking wine enjoying the warm evenings while the boys played paddle tennis, football etc all in a very safe environment. We had some amazing meals both on and off resort. I would say a car is essential to make the most of the area.

Mar Menor Delight

Beautiful apartment for me and my boys with a welcome starter pack on arrival. The children spent most of their time in the various pools on the resort with the nearest pool only a few steps away - easy to pop back into the apartment for that lovely cold ice lolly (or Sangria). Renting a car enabled us to visit great beaches from only 15 mins drive away. Great water park in Torrevieja. Evening bars and restaurants give a great choice either on the complex or just a few minutes walk outside the main gates. It was hot in August and the air con in the apartment was bliss for that afternoon Siesta. watch out for the water sprinklers at night, walking back from the bars - they are a surprising cooling down system when they catch you unawares! Overall a good family option, as reasonably quiet on the resort with no noisy night clubs within earshot but close enough to drive to if you feel the need. Highly recommend hiring a car.
