Your Holiday Spain are pleased to present this stunning new villa located on the award winning resort here at Santa Rosalia.

This unique resort features the largest man made lagoon in Europe with 17,000m2 of crystal clear blue waters.

The lagoon is for sole use of residents at this exclusive resort here in Southern Spain.

With this stunning modern villa you are just 100m away from the lagoon and beaches that surround it.

Set within its own private plot the villa has a swimming pool, large terrace area for outdoor dining or relaxing in the 320 days of sunshine here each year.

Inside on the main floor there is a spacious living and dining area, fully fitted kitchen with appliances, all which can be extended out via the full height sliding glass doors to the terrace and swimming pool area.

Back inside on the main floor still is the first double bedroom with fitted warrdrobes, air conditioning and access to the house bathroom.

In the hallway is the staircase leading down to the amazing basement area, here you have a large sofa area with TV, perfect for movie nights.

The basement has the benefit of 2 spacious double bedrooms complete with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Both rooms have access to the lower floor bathroom.

The first floor houses the stunning Master Suite with its modern en suite bathroom and access to its own private terrace with spectacular views of the lagoon.

From the landing there is access to the rear staircase which leads up to the beautiful roof top solarium. Here you have space to relax or entertain friends, with the outdoor bbq area and views over the lagoon and resort.

Santa Rosalia offers several amenities as it is still currently under construction, as a guest here you will have access to the lagoon beaches beach bar sports facilites onsite and mini golf.

Just a few minutes away is the Mar Menor Golf Resort with its 18 hole golf course and vast array of bars and restaurants you can use

You are also just 5 minutes away by car to the beaches of the Mar Menor and town of Los Alcazares with all the amenities you need.


Please note a security deposit hold of 500 euros is retained by Your Holiday Spain and released within 7 to 14 days of leaving the property.

Villa was very beautiful and clean also service on WhatsApp and respond time with help or questions was good. Thank you for staying in your beautiful villa! something to sit in the shade by the pool. Breakfast by the pool was a bit too warm because there was no parasol

The house was well equipped and nicely furnished. The beds are excellent with 2 pillows each (soft and harder). We asked for a baby cod and surprisingly also a high chair was foreseen, very nice gesture. The mattress for the cod was also superb. The heat pump is a must after September. The pool was a nice 31 °C. The house is big enough for 5-6 adults and 4-5 children. More or all adults is not advisable as the living room is rather small and the patio area between the house and pool are as well. This can be slightly enlarged by opening the sliding windows fully. The gated resort gives you a relaxed and safe feeling, no-one that does not have to be there will be on the resort. The water pressure in the showers is very good, yet the hot water is quite quickly finished. The patio area is rather small to be able to sit comfortably with the full party. There is no ventilation in the basement bedrooms, the windows work with a key that was not supplied. We used the ceiling fans to create a draft and left the basement door open to have some sort of ventilation.
