"The hotel was quaint, unique, and centrally located. It was near most major attractions in San Juan and the staff was super helpful. My only complaint, minor one, was that the room was super hot when we checked in and took till almost 10 pm to cool down. It would have been better if the AC had been turned on an hour prior to checking in to make the room more enjoyable earlier."

"Great place with a great location. Clean and quiet room. Walking distance to shops, stores, tour pickups, and public bus stop. I arrived quite ill with a stomach bug. I was not aware they served breakfast, and was QUITE disappointed that there was no room service. The staff were very friendly, checked my luggage until a room was available, and were very pleasant to work with. They did forget I was waiting for a room and left me to doze in the lobby for 3 hours while checking others in...
