"Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking.
What made the experience even worse was how helpless and unprepared the staff seemed when the issue was brought to their attention. There was no meaningful attempt to accommodate the problem, or provide an acceptable alternative. Overall, the condition of the property, lack of cleanliness, and poor handling of concerns made this an extremely poor hotel experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
