"Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great...

"Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade."

"Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. He left all the cleaning equipment in the pool and disappeared for the day. We mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly chases him...

"A casa é muito ampla e tem quartos com boas áreas e um jardim enorme. Apenas queremos deixar uma crítica: os pratos e copos não são todos iguais. Mesmo sendo um grupo de apenas 6 pessoas não conseguimos ter 6 copos iguais de água, vinho ou champanhe. Os pratos também não são todos iguais. Pode parecer um pormenor mas entendemos que faz toda a diferença podermos ter uma mesa em que tudo é igual. Os restantes equipamentos funcionaram muito bem. Obrigado por tudo."

Unfortunately they told us before we arrived there had been a Power surge which the AC and other equipment was out of service but we had fans in the rooms which helped a little. Estepona is a beautiful town and again a short drive away. If you like walking then the coastal pathways are a delight. Definitely recommend."

The villa is very well equipped comfortable and the property owner could not be more helpful. We didn’t have a car but that’s our choice.
