"The Hotel is located near Foggia Railway Station, it is good location especially when we arrive late at night by train, the breakfast is excellent with a lot of selection, the staff is helpful and kind. The restaurant for dinner is well decorated but however the prices are not competitive in the area. That why it is quiet. The Hotel is old with 102 years, the furniture in the lobby, the bedroom and bathroom are outdated, it needs completely renovated and updated into modern electric switch and plugs. How you imagine that you don't have the shower curtain, you have portion of marble curtain. However it needs a lot of investment, I don't think family owned business owner would like to invest the Hotel for future business. According to my opinion, it is not 4 stars Hotel, it should be 3 stars Hotel.Don't give me wrong, the bedroon is big with a lot of space."

"The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast was okay, and the room was clean. The location is convenient because it is close to the train and bus stations. We arrived at the train station late in the afternoon, and it was raining. We tried to book an Uber, but no drivers were available, so we had to walk for about eight minutes to reach the hotel."

"This hotel is located just a few hundred meters from the train station and the main piazza of Termoli, its excellent value, clean, neat, and comfortable. It was a great place to stay for one day in Termoli, Antonella was very helpful with rooms, breakfast and storing luggage past check out. Would definitely stay here again next trip and would recommend to anyone wanting to I Visit Termoli (which is a great little seaside town with a enough to see in one day) breakfast was ample, lots of great places to eat in town we are a great pizza at general Custar pizzeria in the old town."

"Marilu is about a 5 minute walk to the train station which was perfect for, and it very close to a big park and a central areas with restaurants, shopping, for gelato, smaller, parks/piazzas, stunning churches and more. Check-in was very easy and I loved the breakfast at a "bar" seconds away. It was very hot in the city and the air conditioning kept me comfortable in a very lovely room and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower."
