She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. "The hotel is very nice. The area is very picturesque and the whole suburb is clean and safe. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The only negative for us, was that the hotel is about 37 mins from the city by train. But the train service is efficient. "
