Great experience

Exceptionally good and friendly service! Excellent breakfast with super attentive waitresses. Rooms and all facilities were very clean. If you have any need to use local buses, the location is optimal with a bus stop in front of the hotel.However, the center of Torremolinos is within 15 minutes walking distance and going to the beach requires some 5 minutes walking. Overall great experience.

Very nice staff, good service and always happy to help us out. I recommend everyone to book a trip to Gibraltar from the hotel, it was a good experience. The pool was nice to, close to the beach and the view from the room was amazing. I will come back:).

We enjoyed our stay, staff were brilliant, so helpful. Breakfast was great, good choice of food etc. Very limited cupboard/drawer space in bedroom, had to use our cases. Could have done with some glasses in our room & we missed not having tea & coffee making facilities.

Couldn’t fault it! Lovely stay x

Room was lovely and clean, view was nice of the pool and sea in the distance. Was very quiet and slept well! Check in and out was easy, they let you store your luggage when you leave so this was helpful if you have a later flight. Could not fault the breakfast, it’s everything you need for a decent meal. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The pool was nice and the 3 hot tubs were an added bonus. We will definitely recommend to friends and will return! Thank you!

Hotel clean, staff lovely, food good, beds too soft, that's a personal thing, Only downside, booked a romantic package as a surprise for my wife, upon checking in they asked for payment, and the wife asked what for they told her, When we mentioned it to reception they just shrugged there shoulders and said new member of staff, he didn't realise no real apologie given spoilt the surprise.

Perfect.

Right from the start I had a very warm welcome from Carmen. Arriving early I knew my room was not going to be ready for a few hours but after 15 minutes it was ready. The room was recently refurbished by the looks of it to a high standard. The pool was small but perfect. Plenty of Sun loungers and an excellent snack and drinks bar opened till late. Breakfast was fantastic. 10/10. Overall a perfect stay. I will return next year. Thank you to Carmen. A true credit to the hotel.

Rude bar staff member ruins an adequate stay

The hotel interior is modern and majority is well kept. Hallways are a bit dark and carpet is worn in parts. Pool area is noce however do not go bare foot the astro turf and slabs are like lava in the heat. Reception staff are friendly and nothing is to much of an issue. The only issues we came across and its issues that would stop me returning. The first issue is staff member whos name i believe is milena is rude and abrupt an unfriendly individual. Second issue no outside food. We were self catering and this rule was enforced strictly making it impossible to even enjoy basic things like water by the pool without paying their inflated price. Thirdly food is of poor quality and takes forever to be made. This is for the snack menu by the pool. We had 2 pizzas and both were very sickly and tasted awful, this was after an hours wait as well. I seen another person complain that their roast chicken was disgusting and had it sent back. Overall nicer places to stay with friendlier staff.

Perfect hotel

First time visiting the area and the hotel and staff are amazing. Nothing was too much bother. No problem getting a sunbed at any time of day. Breakfast was an absolute delight. Cava and freshly made churros.....heaven! The hotel is big enough to have decent facilities but small enough that youre not just a number .the personal touch very much in evidence
