Great check in staff. Given early check in which was very much appreciated. Nice hotel. Pool grounds are very nice and hotel is very clean. Only thing that could be better is the food. The tables are cleared quickly of rubbish which is very good but the food like most Melia Hotels is average or not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, sometimes lacking heat, fresh cooking or variety, The glass doors looking out to the pool area and the sea are also very dirty which detracts from the lovely view. Overall a nice hotel.

Our room was cleaned very well every day. All aeas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast choice is fabulous. Location is perfect for us, near to La Carihuela and right on the beach.
