Superbe séjour!

Merveilleux appartement! Avons beaucoup apprécié la luminosité et la vue 🤩 Et quelle magnifique terrasse ❤️ La situation est parfaite, entre les 2 plages et près du centre-ville, et l’ascenseur directement à la plage est bien pratique. Avons adoré notre séjour!

Très propre et agréable

On adore cet appartement, très propre, belle accueil, toute les commodities sont de bonnes qualités, très belle emplacement, merci particulièrement à Aurelio et Maria , ils sont à l’écoute pour nous rendre le séjour très agréable, on a hâte d’être de retour l’année prochaine.

Formidables vacances .

C’est notre 9 ieme année , on adore la place , tout est parfait, Aurelio et Maria font tout leurs possible pour nous rendre le séjour agréable, sont a l’écoute , l’appartement est parfait avec une vue imprenable, toutes les commodités sont là, à deux pas de la plage , très familiale et sécuritaire, on a hâte à juin 2026 .

Great location

Thiis Is a lovely property in a very central location. With great views. Lovely pool area, very clean. The key holder was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us sort out a transfer when there was a taxi strike departure day.. will be returning as soon as possible.

Awesome view and location

The apartment is very clean and well equipped, The view from the balcony is awesome and the location is great, very close to all the restaurants and callé San Miquel. The elevator takes you down to the Paseo Maritimo and the beach. I highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing

Our stay was amazing. The view down the beach and over the promenade was awesome and the apartment was fabulous - very spacious, comfortable with a huge balcony to watch sunsets. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was included. In short, we loved our stay and would recommend anyone who wants to visit this area to stay at the Santa Clara Apartment. This place is on our return too list. John and Elaine

Amazing Views

Amazing views but apartment looking very tired ,soft furnishings could be cleaner ,no change of towels or bed linen for 2 weeks.Washing machine not usable as we couldnt open the lid and no instructions ,patio furniture a little shabby also ,also paid vrbo £125 service fee for absolutely nothing all correspondence done direct with Waterfront malaga homes so will not be usi g Vrbo again

Fabulous

We had the most wonderful and relaxing 2 week stay in this apartment. The location is excellent and the apartment had absolutely everything we required for our stay. We loved all the wee unexpected extras like the shopping trolley for our groceries and the deckchairs we could take down to the grassy pool area. The balcony is very spacious and can be enjoyed at anytime of the day too. Having easy access to street level Torremolinos and also the beach was another plus. Maria and Aurelio were always quick to respond to any questions and very professional to deal with. We can’t wait to go back! Possibly have instructions for the cooker handy. We were a confused as to how the job worked but managed to work it out

Stayed for 4wks in April and absolutely loved the condo. It had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed in a separate room and a large lounge area. Both the bedroom and lounge had large sliding glass doors to access the double width balcony with trulyamazingvies down the beach. The balcony receives full sun from about mid-day right through to sunset. The building is very secure with controlled key access to exterior doors and some elevators. A 24 hour concierge is located at the front of the main building. We had a problem with the toilet and a call to Aurelio was quickly answered and the issue was resolved in 24 hours. Building is kept very clean and the three elevators we used to get to the beach worked exceptionally well. The pool was closed for our entire stay.Only negative was the lack of bed linen and towels. Thankfully we were a couple, so were able to use the main bed, because we only found one sheet and one douvet. We never found linen for the futon! Staying so long we needed to wash the linen and although the small washer did a great job we had to rely on a sunny/hot day to dry the sheet to put it back on the bed! We had the same issue with the only 2 bath towels and hand towels. Not sure how this is possible in the winter, cold months when drying might be impossible. Othr than ths the property was perfect.

Great views

Stayed for 10 days, apartment clean,beautiful views, easy access to surounding areas.One of my main reasons to book was 2 sunloungers on balcony plus english channels. Only 1 lounger and no channels. Brought this to attention of aurelios and also main office on day of arrival and got no reponse from either. I would have given 5* if correspondence better. Also living door would not lock and clothes horse was broken. Feel checks before arrival should have been more thorough.

Stunning Santa Clara

This property has the best views, it’s nice and clean and modern and of a high standard, all you need for a summer break home from home. The pool area is excellent too and the lift to the beach is fab. Really good restaurants nearby and fantastic walking along the promenade - will return. Maria and Aurelia really helpful 👍 Only downside was paying the balance and security deposit. Whilst you can pay the security deposit by credit card, you have to pay the balance in cash. Also to note there is no air con as such in the bedroom, it’s a fan. It was ok for us as we kept the door slightly open. And perhaps a new ironing board please, although most guests prob don’t use one on holiday! Thank you for a lovely 10 days
