We had an amazing one-night stay at the Simple Patagonia. This family-owned hotel was impeccably designed and sits on the waterfront about 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Natales, 10 minutes from the Puerto Natales bus terminal, and 5 minutes from the Puerto Natales airport. Our room had a beautiful view of the water and our meals were wonderful. Everyone who at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was cozy and quaint. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Puerto Natales airport and about an hour from the Torres Del Paine national park. Highly recommend and we would love to come back!

The hotel is 110 kilometers from the nearest town and has to generate its own electricity. Got lucky with the weather for the time of year and the scenery both in the park and from the hotel lobby and rooms was spectacular. The front desk was extremely helpful and the concierge was right on top of everything helping to arrange excursions for my family. The evening buffet is pricey, but again look where they are, and had a wide range of food choices. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. ...

Most beautiful area i ever stayed at.Breathtaking scenery, with mountains in the horizon. Horses and cows roaming free. Nature at its best. Extremely helpful staff, helped us fix our punctured tires, pretty much saved our trip, since there is no store,or gas station within 2 hours drive. Resteurant available at the hotel as well.If you are looking for peaceful ,quiet with amazing views, look no further.

Location was great. 15 minutes walk to bus station. Good food around.

The beautiful sight of Torres and the glacier the rooms are so confi the people so helpful

This hotel is great if you are looking for a comfortable hotel at the park Torres del Paine with quality, comfort and at a descent price. It's not a 5 star but very good quality nevertheless. Friendly staff will organize excursions. Food is delicious but expensive (but all food is likely expensive in the park)

Loved the location and all the staff we interacted with! Thanks Nicholas and Juan! The place was very comfortable and a nice experience during New Year's Eve. We were able to get a faint WiFi signal in our room, but it was easier in the longing areas. The excursion we booked through the Hosteria was fantastic! The Lago Grey with Navigation was life changing! It did take a while for the hot water to come for our room and maintenance had to fix something. Additionally there weren't games, TVs or...

El lugar espectacular, el hotel precioso y el staff demasiado atento y amable. Muy buena locación para conocer el Parque Nacional Torres del Paine.

This hotel is outstanding , we stayed for 3 nights and had wonderful time . Food is great , the view of this hotel is incredible beautiful .

This was the perfect boutique hotel for our vacation in Patagonia. We were two hours away from Torres del Paine National Park which allowed us to do multiple day excursions and return home with plenty of time to enjoy Puerto Natales. The room was clean, modern and had a giant window with unobstructed spectacular views of the Patagonian landscape. The hotel manager, Barbara, would message every evening asking what time we would like breakfast served a traditional Chilean breakfast with fresh...

Beautiful, unique hotel. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Delicious food. 2 minute taxi to town or a 40 minute walk. Highly recommend booking an hour in the hot tub outside. Everything was perfect.

Lee and his wife were wonderful hosts! The hotel was very clean and tidy!

Very friendly front desk who were kind enough to set up our cab to the bus station for us. Extra big shoutout to our bartender and waiter (same guy) who was just wonderful!

This is a unique property and is absolutely beautiful. The views from every angle are wonderful, the breakfast is fantastic, and the indoor pool is a bonus. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working when we were there.
