"Having read previous reviews we were rather worried about we would greet us on arrival however:
- we had a nice room on the 1st floor. Water pressure wasn’t great but if you started the shower 5 minutes before you needed it the. The water was nice and hot.
- staff were very friendly, helpful and eager to please.

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was cozy and quaint. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Puerto Natales airport and about an hour from the Torres Del Paine national park. Highly recommend and we would love to come back! "
