"The room didn’t have the amenities announced. I missed a wardrobe or a place to hold the clothes, there wasn’t a safety locker in the room, no mini fridge or power charger close to the bed. Very good clean room, quiet, blackout, comfortable bed. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not a buffet, but for me was more than enough. It had all that I wanted. The hotel is located in the down area of the city, very close to Supermarket, pharmacies, cafes and with easy access to bus and taxi services. For me the price is a bit high for what is offered. As the city has only 2 main hotels, they overpriced in both places. Even though, I do recommend this hotel."

"Please do include breakfast, it is fantastic. We even have lunch at the hotel before heading back to Lisbon, really great food and the hotel general standards are amazing!!!!!"

"I loved staying here. The dinner was delicious. The view of the monastery was great. I heard angels sing when I walked in to breakfast in the morning (it may not be much to Europeans, but there were so many foods I just don't see the US). The room was quiet and comfortable. Other shopping is very nearby. There are only about eight parking spaces for the hotel, one of which I was fortunate to get - and you may have to pay if parking in the adjacent lot."

"Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location is really close to the Sanctuary. Property is well maintained. We’ll definitely stay there again."
