Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 week stay at the property and have no difficulty recommending same. It had all the essentials for me to make myself comfortable. I have stayed in this complex previously, it is well maintained, secure and safe. The property itself is convenient for all local facilities. It is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the local bars, restaurants and shops. Property owner responsive when i needed to contact her.

Brilliant large flat, spotless clean in a beautiful complex of apartments very secure surrounded by palm trees patroled by security.Very close to the sea, beach, dog beach. Plenty parking lots, close to the supermarkets. Thank you Jennifer! Highly recommended!!!

Pésima experiencia. Apartamento sucio y personal de limpieza grosero.
Hemos abandonado el apartamento con muy mal sabor de boca. Hemos tenido varias discusiones con la "señora" de la limpieza del apartamento. Ha llegado al punto de faltar al respeto. La casa estaba sucia y llena de pelusas. Huele muy mal a humedad en toda la casa, cajones, armarios etc. Se le dijo que hubo un problema con la llave y tuvimos que llamar al personal de seguridad para que nos ayudara, y esta "señora" lo puso en duda, dejándome por mentirosa y diciendo que nunca había pasado nada, y lo único que podía hacer era mandar un cerrajero pero que lo tenía que pagar yo de mi bolsillo. Hay un comentario en la web que pone que la llave no funcionaba bien, y ella lo sigue poniendo en duda, cuando no era la primera vez que pasaba. No volveremos ni lo recomendaríamos por ella. No quiero tener que tratar con gente así. He adjuntado fotografías a la propietaria de la suciedad que había en la casa cuando nosotros llegamos. Si quiere que su propiedad se siga alquilando, le recomiendo que cambie de personal de limpieza urgentemente.

No hay garaje, pone el anuncio aparcamiento en el establecimiento, no se pueden armarios y cajones del olor que tienen, utensilios de cocina escasos y viejos, la llave de la puerta, solo dan una, no abría y cerraba bien, lo único bueno el a/a, no vuelvo a un sitio así.

Solid Equipment and furniture. Enough parking sites around the House. My wish would be some more decorative things, carpets, pictures or paintings to have to increase a more being home feeling.
