For rent a new and cozy apartment in a 500 meters from the popular beach Del Cura. Apartment area of ​​58 sq.m. It consists of an entrance hall, bedroom, lounge, american style kitchen and bathroom. It has everything necessary for living and recreation: new furniture, appliances (refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, hair dryer, iron), bed linen and towels, WI-FI and TV Spanish. The bedroom and lounge have air conditioned. Can accommodate up to 4 people (no pets!). Not to smoke in the apartment! There are many bars and cafes in the streets. In walking distance there is a large network supermarket "Mercadona", bus station, main street Ramon Gayud with restaurants, shops and boutiques.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
