Detached 1 bedroom bungalow - comes with an exceptional large private solarium and plenty of space for outdoor dining space. This 1 bedroom holiday villa is in a small gated complex with a well kept large communal pool & gardens is in los Altos, near Torrevieja. The villa is tucked away in a sunny position ideal for sunbathing all day long privately on a sought after complex and has beautiful views of the salt lakes, swimming pool is beautiful and only a stone throw away, the complex offers well tended gardens. Ground floor open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with emperor bed and mirrored wardrobes with en-suite bathroom. Front door leads to a large front sun lounge area ideal for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Stairs to side of villa take you to another large private sun lounge roof solarium - ideal for sunbathing from sunrise til sunset - there you will see the spectacular views of the salt lakes. The villa is close to all amenities, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A bus stop for buses into Torrevieja is directly outside the complex. Final cleaning at end of your vacation is 45 euros. Air conditioning available on request an extra 3 euros per day. If you like the outdoors but like your amenities at hand this villa is ideal. What makes this villa stand out from the rest is its spacious outdoor private sunny position.
