This one bedroom apartment is a five-minute walk from the sea. It can sleep up to 4 people. It consists of a spacious lounge, bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with lateral sea-views. It is equipped with furniture, appliances, hot and cold air conditioning, bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils, satellite TV is available with a variety off over 400 channels. The sea and the promenade is about a 5-6 minute’s walk. There are many shops, restaurants and local amenities all in walking distance. No pets or smoking is allowed in the apartment.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
