It is a new bungalow facing the sea (100 meters from the water) in a quiet tourist area, 200 meters from sandy cove between two large beaches of Torrevieja (900 meters and 1200 meters), is a 40 km from the international airport of Alicante. Near supermarket, Hospital (3 km) .The house is 100 meters, plus 80 meters garage, patio and terrace (total 180 square meters) .Well connected to the city center by city bus. The city center is 3 km. Opposite the house you can fish.
Home Features: Three bedrooms with linens and towels; The kitchen is full of utensils; has refrigerator, stove-oven dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning in living room, wifi, television, etc.
Torrevieja is a beautiful seaside town with a fishing port, three marinas where you can practice water sports, and four golf courses nearby. In this city it is celebrated in the month of July the "International Competition of Habaneras and Polyphony" .so it has a floating museum ships: a schooner, a submarine, among others.
The house has a separate entrance through a door that gives access to a large furnished terrace, as seen in the photos, then the living room and from this a corridor that gives three bedrooms, the bathroom, the toilet and kitchen from which we can access the patio and own garage of the house.
The two large beaches I have quoted above are the Playa de la Mata (sand) with a length of 20 km. of which 5 km are maintained
 and the rest is in semi-wild state, easy access to all of it; and the other is the Playa de los Locos, very popular, but smaller than the previous one. Other beaches of Torrevieja are the Playa del Cura, 2.5 km from the house, the beach of the castaways, and other type "cove".

Stayed here with 3 friends for 2 weeks lovely clean place , José greeted us on arrival he was very helpful and friendly he left a welcome pack of water and fruit . The villa was within walking distance to bars restaurants and some nice beaches , the large supermarket is a bit of a walk . there is a bus stop not far so you can visit la mata and Torrevieja for only €1.35 one way each

I've been in this house with my family and friends for two weeks in July and I definitely recommend this place. The house has two separate flats. We were living on the ground floor. It has small living room, kitchen very well equiped, 3 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom with shower. It also has patio with a garage at the back of the house and solar patio on the garage roof. The flat was clean and well maintained. Only the living room has the air conditioner which for us staying in July wasn't enough. In the bedrooms were electirc fans. The owner was really nice and helpful. He greeted us with a bowl full of fresh friuts and cold water in the fridge which was really nice of him. He gave us a few tips and show on the map where to do the shopping and other things we asked for. The house is located on the busy road. From the front door U can see the sea but the nearest sand beach is a few minutes away by car. Torrevieja is a very big city with nice sandy beaches and good restaurants in the city centre and the best idea is to hire a car as we did and explore the region. My partner and I stayed here for 4 weeks over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is situated between the main beaches of La Mata and Los Locos, both beautiful beaches. With the local bus Line A running every 30 minutes, La Mata and central Torrevieja were easy to get to for a single fare of 1.30 euro. Situated 200 metre from the sea, this is an ideal place to while away some time trying your hand at sea fishing, although I never caught anything, not that I have ever have! The house is next to a main road/ bus route so there is some road noise but the traffic was light anyway, the area is generally quiet. The floor above was vacant and the house adjoining was for sale so I can’t say what the noise level might be when occupied. The nearest shopping centre with super market and bank is within 1km walking distance, the Grand Bazar emporium about 100 metres away displayed a wide range of goodies including canned beer. The ground floor accommodation of the house is tastefully decorated by its proud owner and fully provisioned with appliances that have English instruction manuals. We made loads of wonderfully meals and even our own Christmas mince pies. The wireless internet that is provided worked well, no great speed but consistent. The satellite TV provided the BBC and Sky news in English. The three double bedrooms would accommodate a family nicely although the living area might be a bit cramped. The front patio furnished with comfortable cushion chairs gave a view over the sea where it was lovely to see the sunrise nearly every morning. Watching the world weather, Torrevieja appears to have micro climate that missed all the winter weather. Many thanks for a wonderfully time.
