"We loved this hotel. We were checked in by a very delightful young woman who welcomed us so warmly. We had a large room on the 6th floor.
Our room was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We had a little balcony which we enjoyed looking out at the world below. We had no issue with noise whatsoever.
The breakfast is immense and plentiful. You do have to pay extra if you want porridge or eggs that aren’t scrambled. However, there are cheeses, yoghurts, cereal, pastries, hot dishes, salad items etc to choose from. We sat outside to enjoy our breakfast. The serving staff are very polite and friendly.
The reason I have given it 4 stars is because I needed a steamer for 2 very delicate items I was going to be wearing. I am aware that they have an ironing service that you can send items to housekeeping. However, I was speaking at an event and also going to a special dinner. The items were irreplaceable and very important to me. I simply wanted to use a steamer to ensure the silk items were kept with me. I kindly requested three times on different days for the steamer. One gentleman at the front desk was abrupt and said they only have two in the entire hotel. I felt uncomfortable by his manner. I never got to see the elusive steamer. If you don’t need a steamer you will have a great stay!"
