Come enjoy the main part of this beautiful property located at 250 Westledge Drive, Torrington, CT and it’s nestled on 6.6 acres conveniently located between Torrington with its multiple shopping centers, Warner Theater, Art Gallery and the beautiful village of Litchfield with its darling green and quaint restaurants
Torrington is only 4 minutes & Litchfield 8 minutes from the house.
The space
The main portion of the house is available, as shown on the floor plans and photos which includes 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds, 2 bunk beds along with 21/2 bathrooms and Sauna for that spa experience.
A games room downstairs with a professional size pool table. 6.6 Acres of park like setting outside to enjoy all sorts of games and fun.

Depending on the season, there are many activities to explore and enjoy on the property from a good hike through the woods, penalty shoot out soccer, pitch n putt, croquet , ski slope.

Enjoy the outdoors with many individually designed gardens and multiple seating areas, outdoor dinning with beautiful plants, flowers and trees. Kindling firepit with a ready supply of firewood while cooking up some steaks on the outdoor grill.
