On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with USB port, and access to the private and fenced garden terrace. The garden is equipped with furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an awning. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with 2 single beds and a double bed, next to the main bathroom with a shower. There is also a suite with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with sea views. Additionally, you will enjoy a second terrace in the attic of the house to sunbathe and feel the sea breeze.
Located in Mas Pinell , this house will allow you to explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit, on the privileged Costa Brava in Catalonia.
