The private pool (6m x 3m long and 1.2 – 1.6m deep) is surrounded by a sunny terrace providing the same unique views and comes complete with sun loungers. From the terrace, a few steps lead up to the barbecue corner where a loquat tree gives shade for your outside meals. Another stairs give access to the lovely first floor terrace, provided with covered pergola, while overlooking the olive groves and the Mediterranean. The location is very peaceful and a 5 – 10 minutes’ drive away from Frigiliana (6.8 km). Nerja, with its famous beaches and humming town centre, is 15-20 minutes away (13.6 km). The house is accessed by a surfaced country track.Inside and lay-outThe accommodation is on the first floor and reached by stairs (below is a storage room, not for use by guests). A very comfortable villa with all rooms on one level and furnished in a pretty, traditional style throughout. The accommodation features a lounge/dining room with open fire place, 2 sofas, dining corner, TV and WiFi connection. The open- plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a double and a twin bedroom, both sharing a bathroom with bath tub/shower over, single wash basin, WC.Note: Air conditioning is available in the hallway, supplying cool air to the living/dining room and the double bedroom. The second bedroom has a portable fan.
