Best hotel in town

Amazing hotel overlooking the national football stadium. Pleasant one mile stroll via a woodland river walk into Torshavn. Superb buffet breakfast.

Clean hotel with wonderful staff. I wish it was a bit closer to city center, but it was easy to park and navigate to and from which was a fine trade off. There was a grocery store and a mall within a very short walk, as well as a 24/7 gas station. The cafe in the bar area had an incredible cheeseburger, which was a great option after a long day of travel. We loved that the windows opened wide, too. Ask for a room above ground floor so you can leave it open as needed for sleep. We would stay here again.

Room was updated, modern and spacious. Shower was great. Especially nice after long days of hiking. The staff was extremely friendly and also very helpful and accommodating. The food was very good. They had a very nice breakfast buffet. We did eat at the restaurant one evening and the food was wonderful. It was very easy to travel to the harbor area / Tinganes and very quick and easy to get to the main roads in order to tour the islands. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was good, walking distance from the town centre. Nice, clean room. Kind and helpful staff. Especially the Dutch young man at the front desk. The restaurant has good food, breakfast was also very nice. Lots of different things to choose from. A nice little gym at the accomodation. Overal a good hotel, would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay in the Faroe Islands.

The hotel was great, service as well. Lots of amenities, great breakfast buffet with fresh quality products. Friendly staff, clean rooms, etc. Only nice things can be said about our stay. Location also very good, plenty of parking, short 15min walk from downtown and every place on the Faroe Islands is easily accessible by car from there.

See enclosed pictures of our room after it was “cleaned”. We got the explanation afterwards that they never touch anything, but folding a pyjama, putting shoes in order, and throwing out garbage are clearly part of standard cleaning procedure in my mind (unless explicitly told that guests need to clean the room for the cleaners)
