"We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, fridge and washing machine were good quality, the air conditioning helped cool down on a hot day. The outdoor shower was very helpful for getting the sand off of the kids before they went in to the apartment. The location being just a few walking minutes away from the best view of the sunrise was a super bonus. All in all, we were happy with our stay there and would gladly come back."

"This apartment is about as centrally located as possible in Baunei. (Pronounced Bau - Nay: Your'e welcome!) It is only a 2 minute walk to the central square. Both bedrooms had AC which was a lifesaver during the July 2023 heatwave. It is otherwise very well shaded on a narrow street so most of the year is probably not necessary. The kitchen is quite small for preparing meals, I recommend mostly eating out. Some of the more AgroTurismo restaurants might need reservations well in advance of your...

"La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Il a fait très chaud (> 45 degrés) pendant quelques jours et nous avons utilisé la climatisation (supplément de 50 euros non précisé dans le descriptif). "Casa molto vivibile, dentro e fuori, curato e ordinato, ideale per stare tranquilli, mare a 10 minuti a piedi. In ogni angolo della casa ci sono prese di corrente, non servono prese multiple per caricare i cellulari."

"Luogo stupendo per chi ama la tranquillità e l'Ogliastra la casa si trova a circa 3 km dal mare ma in una splendida valle ,tenuta in maniera perfetta con arredi di buon gusto l'ospitalità e la cortesia sono di casa, non fatevi influenzare dalla pista di go-kart adiacente alla struttura perchè non invade in nessun modo la pace del luogo. In cinque minuti a piedi si accede alla spiaggia della località di Portofrailis e a pochi minuti di macchina troviamo bellissime spiagge da visitare. La zona è molto bella. Molto consigliata la gita alla cale del golfo di Orosei. Da evidenziare che la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutato per tutte le nostre esigenze. Sicuramente torneremo!!"

"We had a magical stay on Tertenia. The house is nice and the pool was great. Federica the host was absolutely amazing, always on hand for recommendations and even booking trips for us. There was a power outage in the area one day and she drove over to us specially to give us a lighter to make sure we could have tea! We can’t thank her enough."

"Die Unterkunft ist durch die gute Erreichbarkeit des Strandes und der ruhigen Verkehrslage sehr angenehm. Anfang Oktober ist es auch wenig besucht, daher sehr angenehm sich am Strand aufzuhalten. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Strandbar, die das ganze positiv auf wertet. Wir kommen gerne wieder"

The lodgings were very comfortable and the pool and grounds were absolutely lovely. Add that in to the convenience of the location (5 min walk to great food, beautiful beaches etc), and the friendly staff, and you have a great stay."
