"The room and service was excellent, it was a great stay. The only negative was walking 3 flights of stairs due to them not having an elevator. The hotel is centrally located to get to many sites and the concierge is very helpful when needing transportation to locations."

"We needed a room for a connecting flight from Rome to the US. Our room was clean and very comfortable; the Reception Staff was excellent. There was a restaurant that offered a buffet or a la carte breakfast. The shuttle drivers do not assist with luggage (though we could manage without an assist)."

"I was a bit worried since some of the reviews I have read are not too positive. However my experience was excellent. My room was super big, quiet and comfy. Breakfast is just ok. But the breakfast room is located on the top floor with nice views. The hotel is extremely close to Roma Termini. Can't find a better place to stay near the station. "
