"We had such a great 5-day stay in this lovely apartment on the hills of Toscolano Maderno. The view from the balcony was just stunning - especially at night when all the lights go on around the lake. Beautiful! Town is within walking distance - we did however take the car back and forth due to the heat and steep climb. Parking in the city and at the beach is easily found - and paid with the EasyPark app (same code for the whole city, convenient!). Apartment is in a quiet settlement up the hill...

"Wir haben als Familie 4 Nächte in den Herbstferien in der Wohnung verbracht und waren ehrlich gesagt etwas enttäuscht. Die Bilder stellen die Wohnung von innen besser da, als sie ist. Neue und korrekte Fotos wären gut. Die Reinigung war katastrophal. Haare vom Vormieter, Staub in jeder Ecke, dreckige Ablagen im Bad mit angebrochener Kosmetik, die Küchengriffe kleben (ob Fett oder sich herauslösende Weichmacher können wir nicht sagen). "In Traumhafter Landschaft mit sehr schönem Pool entspricht das Apartment nicht den Angaben. Von den 170 qm liegt die Hälfte nicht im "Zwischengeschoss" sondern in einm weitgehend fensterlosen Keller mit lauter Zwangsbelüftung. Dass innerhalb der Wohnung kein Handyempfang vorliegt ist schwierig, dass nicht einmal Internet in der Wohnung vorliegt ist angesichts heutiger Möglichkeiten nicht nachvollziehbar. Angesichts der offensichtlichen Mängel weigerte das Management sich, uns aus dem Vertrag zu...
