Ich hatte das "Hotel " für 6 Tage gebucht und bezahlt . Bin aber gar nicht erst eingezogen weil ich von einem anderen Hotelgast nur negatives gehört habe. Der Gast von dem ich spreche , hat das " Hotel " auch vorzeitig verlassen , auf das eingezahte Geld erst mal verzichtet und sich ein Hotel mit NIVEAU gesucht .---------Urlaubstage sind doch eigetlich die schönsten Tage des Jahres und da sollte man sich im gebuchten Hotel auch wohlfühlen und u. a. ein ordentliches Frühstück erwarten können Expedia sollte solche "Hotels "mal ÜBERPRÜFEN !!!!!!!

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla passeggiata lungo-lago e personale estremamente gentile. Colazione con vasta scelta anche per chi preferisce il salato.

Trotz der Checkin-Zeit, mussten wir 30 min warten, ohne eine einzige Entschuldigung! Das Personal sprach nur schlecht englisch, war äußerst schnippisch und unfreundlich. Die Koffer mussten wir trotz des Fahrstuhls die Treppen hinauf tragen. Das W-Lan Passwort war ein Rätzel, da der Zettel alles außer das Passwort enthielt. Das Zimmer ähnelte einer schlechten Jugendherberge (die Größe des Zimmers war absolut ausreichend aber die Einrichtung und Zimmergestaltung sehr fragwürdig). Auf der Terrasse gab es für die Metallstühle keine Kissen. Das Reinigungspersonal hängte die Handtücher zum "trocknen" im Badezimmer über die Tür, das Fenster und die Dusche, sodass es für uns unmöglich war zu erkennen welches Handtuch wem gehörte. Nach langer Diskussion an der Rezeption erhielten wir neue Handtücher. Da die Rezeption nur bis 23:00 Uhr offen hat, muss man bei später Rückkunft durch den Hintereingang das Hotel betreten. Dies wäre auch an sich kein Problem, wenn man erklärt bekommen hätte wo der Hintereingang ist und welchen Schlüssen man verwenden muss. Der Hotelparkplatz ist sehr klein und durch das nicht geregelte Parken sehen noch weniger Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Wir mussten auf einem Parkplatz der angeblich nur 300 Meter entfernt sei parken. Diese 300 Meter fühlten sich an, wie als würde man durch den halben Ort laufen müssen. Ich glaube kaum, dass drei junge, trainierte Menschen 12 Minuten zu diesem "300 Meter entfernten" Parkplatz laufen. Alles in allem den Preis nicht wert!

Nettes Familienunternehmen, bemühen sich, können aber leider kein gutes Englisch oder Deutsch sprechen. Parkplatz ist viel zu klein und meist besetzt. Der nächste Parkplatz ist ca. 1km entfernt.

Grazioso hotel nel centro di Maderno, ottima posizione per i battelli, i ristoranti e le spiagge, veramente confortevole e silenzioso, dotato di parcheggio, titolari estremamente disponibili. Ci tornerò. Consigliatissimo!
