The hotel was beautiful, and the room was perfect! We had a view of the sea, and the ac worked perfectly, once we put the card in the slot and got it working. We brought battery operated fans, which helped cool it down even more. The hotel was a short walk to restaurants and the castle, which was great! Francesca at the bar was very helpful and even made our dinner reservation for us when we asked! The breakfast was incredible! So many choices, and the food was great!

This is an amazing property. The location is amazing the town is a super quaint area. I have no complaints about our stay and would most definitely stay again when or if I was to go back to Tessa del Mar.

The hotel was spotlessly clean rooms cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed , seaview rooms look out to a lovely beach area , the pool area was always peaceful very low percentage are British so possibly why , breakfast choice was reasonable , we had one evening meal which was very good value.Great choice Hotel and Tossa de mar is a great place to holiday .

This is a four-star doing its best to become a three-star. Staff is utterly indifferent to requests. The Spa is only accessible via Whatsapp message that never gets returned. The breakfast buffet is good, if not great. The dining space is quite nice, with great water views. Bed is very comfortable. However, the so-called sea view rooms mostly overlook the pool, with distant views of water.

Great location, lovely property but small things added up. First the property is steps away from the beach overlooking the Mediterranean and castle. Can easily rent kayaks, paddle boards and snorkel gear from vendors. Short walk to town for dining and shopping. Property has a nice pool and accessible bar for food and drinks. We stayed in a villa as we needed the space. Villa is spacious and clean. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. Had a question for the front desk but they did not pick up after multiple attempts. Had to walk to front desk. Beach towels are not included. Have to buy for 10 euros each. Beach is rocky and hurts bare feet. Recommend water shoes. Food is just ok. Villa is functional but drab. It has no decorations at all and lacks the vibe of a Mediterranean villa. Keycards didn’t work and required multiple trips to front desk. I will say the staff helping with luggage and the shuttle were lovely. We had amazing time in town and on the beach. Would still recommend.
