Cosy, very comfortable apartment block "Miramar". Tossa de Mar, in the resort, in a central position, from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Blanes" 15 km, sandy beach "Playa Tossa de Mar" 800 m. Golf course 15 km. Nearby attractions: Waterworld 11 km, Marineland 17 km, Jardín Botánico Marimurtra 13 km, Jardín Botánico Pinya de Rosa 11 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
