"We had a lovely stay, the apartment was great, very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony. Thomas was very accommodating and allowed us in the apartment before the normal check in which was very must appreciated after an early start. However a couple of days after we left we had a nasty shock when Thomas told us he was deducting a quarter of our deposit to clean a rug and for a complete set of expensive cutlery. "The hotel location could not be better in the old market where Joan of Arc was burned. The staff was excellent and so friendly. The reason for not giving 5 stars comes from the very spotty wifi in our room on 2nd floor and the very average quality of the beds. If they can improve these two aspects, it would become a highly rated hotel. "
