"It's difficult to give a number. The hotel was updated, the bathroom was nice, the room was clean, but the hallway was narrow and the stairs were steep and there was no lift. Also no air conditioning. I suppose that's typical for London so I shouldn't complain. The neighborhood is colorful and walkable but it was tiring walking from the tube station on a hot day. We barely slept because of the heat but most of London probably had sleepless nights that night. Overall wished the hotel was nicer...

"I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’ I waited for assistance and no one showed up We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

"Room was clean but maybe needed a bit of renovation. Hotel is great with some great views across London. Staff helpful. Food in the restaurant pretty good also."

"Great breakfast, tho it wasn't free. Clean room, fantastic staff/customer service. Honestly the only thing I really wasn't a fan of was that the AC was not great, particularly since I was there during a heat wave. But then, I'm told AC is not a very commonly good think in the UK in general, so...there you are! And they did actually bring a fan up unasked when I complained about the temp. In all, an excellent budget stay!"

"Georgian House Hotel is a very old hotel. Important reminder, there IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Room #7 is high up and even with the window open and 2 fans, it was extremely hot. There was no breeze coming in the window. (It was nice of the staff to.have 2 fans available.) The sink is set wayvto low. When you use the toilet, your knees hit the wall. Also, the water pressure in the shower is VERY WEAK. They need to fix the water pressure. The staff was very kind and friendly."
