"Good clean room with courteous staff. Had a lovely dinner there that night. However we had a water leak in the bathroom at 9pm, when we notified staff they came up and upgraded us into an Executive sweet for the night."

"The room and surroundings were beautiful. We had a few drinks in the bar staff were very pleasant, listened to some great funky music with the saxophone guy roaming the floor. A special mention to Tom on reception who we checked in with, he was so welcoming, friendly and he gave us a room with a great view of our city and I loved the free standing bath! "Quite room on top floor,clean and really comfortable bed and plenty of room, had a couple of queries and the staff were really good in dealing with our queries and made our stay better for it."

"Room (104) was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Great mattress & a wonderful night's sleep! Good breakfast selection, slightly disappointed no fried eggs but hey, great coffee! Will book again👍"
