The room was comfortable, could do with a fridge in it. The bathroom (shower) was very small and tight and difficult to shower in. Bed was comfortable, had a tv with limited channels. Very handy to train station and within walking distance to water front and cafes and bars

Under rated gem

A small gem ..mostly quiet with a few guest slamming doors or crying kids ..but great view, location , and nice simple breakfast ..ask for 02 rooms they look west at corner only problem was microwave was locked up need access.no frig ....it has an elevator of which other three older hotels do not . Has a survey . ..

Personal denied support when the elevator went broken and I asked the reception boy to help me move my luggage down the stare case. Instead of hearing 'sorry for the inconvenience WE have caused' and being supported, I had to beg and explain my health conditions. That felt outright ugly.

I'm eating this five stars, but I do have some specific caveats that won't mean much to many people. The hotel is excellent. It's located between the train station and road where many buses stop, and much of the city of Toulon is walkable from here. My main caveat was about the WiFi. It's fast but restricted in some very specific ways, and a little unreliable in poor weather too. For most people this'll be fine, it's good enough to mitigate the dent in your roaming data. But I found myself unable to join audio calls via Discord, unable to to play multiplayer games on my laptop, and unable to connect to my VPN for more secure use. My job is to make trailers for video games, so I don't expect this to affect many people. But if you need to do some work in a laptop whilst here, you may end up bumping up against these odd limitations. With all that said, I'd recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. It's priced like an IBIS but it's a lot less anonymous, with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. I recommend a room with a terrace, they're not much more expensive than a regular room. I really enjoyed the extra space and the view.

Chambre pris en derniĂšre minute pour une nuit, Ă  5 min de la gare Ă  pied. Checkin et checkout rapide. Ascenseur OK, j'ai pu rentrer dedans avec deux grosses valises d'un mĂštre de hauteur chacune sans problĂšme. Chambre Ă©tait propre, climatisation OK. Eau chaude au 5Ăšme Ă©tage, pas de problĂšme.

Rien ne va dans cet hĂŽtel. Et encore nous avons eu de la chance d’ĂȘtre surclassĂ©s! On se demande toujours ce qu’était notre chambre prĂ©vue
 La porte de la chambre difficile Ă  ouvrir, celle de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas du tout, la fenĂȘtre, elle ça dĂ©pendait de son humeur. Le sol de la salle de bain n’est pas droit, l’emplacement de la boite de « papier toilette » empĂȘche de s’installer correctement sur le trĂŽne. Quand je dis « papier toilette » je parle de celui qu’on tire feuille par feuille et qui se dĂ©compose pendant qu’on s’essuie
 Le confort du lit bof. l En rĂ©sumĂ© rien ne va sauf l’emplacement par rapport Ă  la gare ( sinon il faut aller de l’autre cĂŽtĂ© de la ville pour voir quelque chose d’à peu prĂšs sympa) et le personnel de l’accueil qui Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able.
