Charming rural setting, relaxing & restful, in a small quiet residential hamlet nestled on the banks of the bucolic Arroux fish-rich river which crosses the village ("biotope" reputedly classified "migratory river" welcoming many rare & protected species / eels, wild trout, sea lampreys, pike ...), adjoining the center of the picturesque shopping town of Toulon-sur-Arroux & its illustrious old medieval bridge with thirteen arches dated 1140 (to discover also: listed Romanesque church from the 11th century, remains a 13th century feudal castle, several historic homes including a wooden house with gallery ... / all shops & services on site and supermarket 2 km away), nestled in the unspoiled countryside between grove & forest in the heart of the green valley of Arroux.
