The Metro Compans Cafarelli is 10 minutes walk. A Velib station and bus stops are at 50m.
You also have a public parking in front of the residence.
The ring road access is 5min drive.
The apartment is a studio of 21 m² fully equipped and can accommodate 2 adults.
At the edge of the Canal de Brienne and close to the famous Place du Capitole and Place Saint-Pierre.
Enjoy the charms of the "Pink City" and discover the most beautiful areas on foot. The apartment is conveniently located (restaurants, bars, shops ...) and close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, grocery, tobacco, dry ...).

Très bon appartement
Appartement idéalement situé, non loin du centre ville, dans une zone très calme avec vue sur le canal de brienne. L'intérieur est propre, bien agencé et correctement équipé. Propriétaire très attentionné, conciliant et disponible. Je reviendrai sans hésitations.
