We loved the refurbishment since our previous visits. We loved Kevin, so helpful. But why does the restaurant close in French holidays? Do french people give up eating when they go on holiday????

Unfortunately, the rooms are below average… very old furniture and disappointing, doesn’t match the price. I was fooled by the lobby and the restaurant downstairs but the rooms are like 2 stars hotel rooms Not worth it!

Decor was outdated. Shuttle service that was advertised was more complicated and not what was advertised on the website. King bed room was not an king bed, two twin beds were pushed together to make it a king bed. People were smoking through the vents and made our room smell like a dispensary. Isolation was minimal, We could hear the ambulances across the way all night long.

La chambre était très vieillotte. On voit très vite que les finitions ne sont pas là et que la chambre est ancienne. La literie n'est pas confortable. Concernant le personnel et l'accueil, rien à dire, très souriant et serviable. Le hall d'accueil est également très beau, c'est dommage pour les chambres car elles sont grandes et bien aménagées.

Pour 4 étoiles il y a un PB. Les moquettes des chambres ne sont pas nettes (Tâches), dans la 111 le robinet fuit, les supports de PH ne tiennent pas. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas et une seule prise au niveau du lit n'est pas pratique pour les gens appareillé.

Séjour très décevant. Le hall de l’hôtel est très beau et laisse une bonne impression quand on arrive mais la chambre c'est autre chose. Il y avait une couche de poussière sur les meubles et sur les portes. Une trace d'un doigt qui s'est manifestement essuyé sur le mur des toilettes plutôt qu'avec du papier... Le mini bar ne fonctionne pas et n'est pas propre du tout. La salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Le lavabo est vétuste et "émaillé", le pommeau de douche est en fin de vie! La literie est très dure. Pas du tout confortable. Pour finir, la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est correct mais le prix (20€ par personne) est trop élevé par rapport à d'autres hôtels 4*. Et le sol colle au pied quand on marche. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4* et j'en suis désolée. J'aurais du lire les avis avant de réserver car visiblement je ne suis pas la seule.

Séjour d'une nuit où nous avons pu profiter du restaurant de l'hôtel avec des prix accessibles et une qualité de restauration au top ! J'ai eu un problème de sèche-cheveux qui a été réglé dans les 5 mins après l'avoir signalé à la réception. Ensemble du personnel agréable. Je recommande.

Tres deçu par cet hotel.. piscine ridicule par rapport aux photos... climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas , impossible d ouvrir la fenetre car un gros moteur au dessous qui faisait un bruit horrible.. La chambre etait spacieuse, le hall d accueil plutot beau et le personnel de l apres midi sympa mais ce sont les seules qualités.
