Prat d'Albis "Appartement de belle taille, très pratique, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Accueil impeccable d'Hamida. Aucun souci. Résidence tout à fait sécurisée. Seul petit bémol, les 2 chambres sont situées juste au-dessus de l'entrée des garages et le volet automatique est assez bruyant. Aucun souci la nuit mais dès 7h, lorsque les voisins partent travailler, c'est plutôt dérangeant."

Prat d'Albis Logement conforme au descriptif, emplacement parfait dans le centre, résidence propre de standing. Très bonne communication avec l'agence. Néanmoins, comme souligné dans un précédent commentaire, la partie nuit est bruyante. Les chambres sont en effet situées juste au dessus de l'entrée du garage de la résidence et vous êtes réveillés à chaque ouverture / fermeture de la porte, ce qui est un vrai point noir qui mériterait d'être souligné dans l'annonce (nuisance qui dépend évidemment du nombre d'arrivées / sorties dans la nuit). Ce n'est pas gravissime pour un week-end mais c'est un vrai point noir sauf si vous avez le sommeil très lourd.
