Located 20 km south-east of Toulouse in the middle of Lauragais, discover a large studio equipped for a peaceful stay in the countryside in the heart of a wooded park of almost 6000m².
The sleeping area has a 160 cm bed and communicates directly with a large dressing room. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. The toilets are separate.
The accommodation has a terrace, a private garden and a parking space in the park.

The heart of the village is 2km away, accessible on foot via a path that runs alongside an animal park (peacocks, emu, mongooses are visible, among others). The village has 3 bakeries, a butcher, and a train station (Toulouse-Montpelier line). Several hiking trails pass through the village, including the Saint-Jacques de Compostelle route, the village itself has its hiking loops.
The nearest supermarket is less than 5 min by car (Intermarché Montgiscard).

- The Canal du Midi and its bike rides are 5 minutes away.
- Nailloux, its Lac de la Thésauque and its village of brands (outlet stores) are 10/15 min.
- Labège Innopôle and its activity area (Gaumont Imax cinema, restaurants, shopping center) is 15 min by car (10 min by train).
- The terminus of line B of the metro is 15 minutes away, the village also has a train station which connects Toulouse city center in 25 minutes (Matabiau).
