The hotel was perfect right from the moment our taxi pulled up to the front door. The desk man was right there helping with our luggage and was friendly and sincere. Check in was a breeze and our luggage brought to our room.Our room was just as advertised very spacious and modern. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town and just steps away from everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toulouse.

Lovely hotel and very well situated for all the sights, food and drink. Staff were really helpful and accommodating to ensure our needs were met and a comfortable stay was had. We spent 4 wonderful nights, and all the employees were very friendly and assisted us on the places to visit. The rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Air conditioner worked extremely well. I would definitely recommend this hotel room all my family and friends. The location of the hotel is in the civic center were all the restaurants and near on the shops. Limited amount of vehicles in the civic center, other then bikes and motorcycles.

Had a great stay here. Room was very tidy and well equipped with a good coffee machine. We only stayed a day before moving out of the city for a wedding but could of easily stayed a long time in the room. Shower was very good and the bed comfy. The staff went above and beyond with answering questions about the city and gave a fantastic restaurant recommendation (L'Alouette). If we come back to Toulouse we will certainly stay here.

The hotel was very well situated - a short walk from Place du Capitole - and yet it was also extremely quiet. My room was small but big enough for my needs, and it was kept clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful whenever I asked them anything. I had the breakfast on one of my three mornings and found it to be very good, if somewhat expensive. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful stay close to the shops, restaurants and Metro stations in the centre of Toulouse.

We stayed for 3 nights for a Toulouse getaway. The hotel is lovely and the staff were all very friendly.Estelle was a star! Decent breakfast options were available and the location was perfect for us. There are many places to eat on the hotel’s street and Place du Capitole is a short walk. The free coffee/tea in the lobby area as well as the baskets of croissants and fruit were a very nice touch. The room was kinda funky, but spacious and clean. My only critique was that it was difficult to keep from having water pool outside the shower doors as they closed to the inside and you couldn’t position the bathmat well. We just learned to angle the shower head to the rear wall and shower quickly. A minor thing for sure, and we would both recommend this property as well as stay again with pleasure!
