"The service was above par. The dinner was absolutely incredible. Everything we got was explained in detail to us and our wine glasses were least full. I was a little under the weather one day, so I stayed in. The walls can be a little thin if you’re trying to sleep. Otherwise, zero complaints. "

"We came to this resort for a wedding with 55 people in our group. They were fantastic and accommodating to our group basically taking over the whole resort. They offer discounts on the restaurants and water sports at the beach. Housekeeping came every day and the continental breakfast was really great! I have no bad things to say about this hotel. I would just warn travellers that it is expensive - everything in the mini bar including the coffee is an additional cost so be prepared and bring your own groceries. The fridges are small though. "

"I cannot say enough good things about Tropicana. We just came back after a 5 night stay. The property is stunning and the service is 20/10. From the girls at the reception (Sophia and Connie), to the drivers (Nick, 2 George’s) and the waiting staff (can’t remember all their names) provided exceptional service that I will not forget. Also, the room, views and food were excellent! Thank you to all the staff at Tropicana for making our trip so so memorable! Highly recommend this hotel 💕"
