"Nous avons récemment séjourné dans un gîte absolument charmant, et nous tenions à partager notre entière satisfaction. Dès la réservation, tout s’est déroulé de manière fluide : les échanges avec les hôtes étaient rapides, clairs et très cordiaux.À notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Le gîte était exactement comme décrit (voire mieux !) : propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé pour profiter de la région. Tout était prévu pour que nous nous sentions...

"LE Grand Hotel -témoin d'un passé révolu- a toujours sa façade, son hall et son ascenseur (en panne le jour J). Bien moins de vie car ouvert à des locataires, fixes ou temporaires, dont des curistes sans doute au vu du guide (aucun de vu). L'appartement, à l'ancienne /- restauré, est vaste, plein d'objets d'antan, ou pas, et de rangements très divers. Rien ne manque (x multiprises...) toutefois WiFi impossible en suivant la -bizarre- procédure. Annonceur tout à fait disponible à distance. Linge de lit & de toilette fournis (pas précisé à l'annonce). Récupérer clé devrait être facile (venant de Pau, ...à Lourdes, vu l'incompatibilité des agendas même en fin de journée), condition absente de l'annonce."

"We had an amazing fortnight at the house. Everything we needed and more. The setting was glorious, saw buzzards and storks very close up in the adjacent field, cows next door and even caught sight of the elusive frogs who live in the water feature.The wi fi is excellent and reaches outdoors which was great as we spent most evenings outside in the gazebo. The outdoor area has power and is protective in both the rain and the sun. We had a lot of both! The kitchen is well stocked and a good sized fridge:freezer. Bedrooms are roomy and the beds comfortable. All the windows have mosquito screens.It is very peaceful, tbe only noises were the lowing of the cows and the hooting of the owls. Owners Cecile and Eric live nearby. We went to see their cows and calves which was a highlight of the visit.The house is situated in an ideal place to visit many locations. We went to local places such as Lourdes and Pau but also ventured further afield into Andorra and Spain. We played pétanque, had bbq’s, ran and cycled up hills too.We will definitely come back,thank you Cecile and Eric for a wonderful stay "
