"Where to start… we had an unforgettable experience at Château Pimo. The service level of the owner Sybille is just out of this world. It is such a bespoke, unique, and charming experience. The design of the hotel is incredible, property is clean and inviting with a beautiful pool and backyard. "Great location and great views from the restaurant during breakfast. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection of food. The rooftop bar would be great in the evenings however it was closed for a private event on 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed. It is a shame that it wasnt made more clear on booking that the swimming pool is not for general use, and you have to pay €20 per person for a 90 minute stay as it is part of the Spa."
