"This hotel is beautiful, but my stay was incredibly frustrating. The way the shower and tub are designed caused my entire room to flood. It was a complete nightmare. I had to use my towels and bathrobes to soak up the water because there wasn’t anyone available to help. They also don’t offer 24-hour guest support. "After a day of wandering around lovely Cannes, it was sooo wonderful to come back to the hotel and get out of the heat. The rooms were great - really appreciated the kitchenette and iron! (Had a linen dress that needed help) The breakfast was fantastic to fuel us for the day ahead. Staff was great and since it was world cup season they had surveys for folks to vote on who they think will win. Would definitely stay here again!"
