The apartment
Apartment of 45 m² composed of a large living room of 40 m², with 3.50 m high ceilings, cut stone walls, old tiles, exposed beams and monumental fireplace:

- Equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven/microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, crockery, basic necessities
- Recessed bedroom under the mezzanine (quality queen size bed)
- Bathroom (bath, washing machine, cupboard, hangers, iron and ironing board) and separate WC
- Mezzanine with double bed (low ceiling height)

Traveler access
Independent arrival: we will send you the information to access the secure key box and the apartment. Arrival takes place from 4:00 p.m. and departure is before 10:00 a.m.
The entire apartment is at your disposal, it is furnished accommodation intended solely for rental.
The apartment is ideally located in the historic center of Tours (direct access to Place Plumereau), which is a pedestrian area. You can park easily in the neighboring streets or in a paid underground car park (Les Halles car park and Anatole France car park a 5-minute walk away). Free parking is available a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 19th century building, although there are a few steps to climb. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Other remarks
The price includes linens: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels. The bed is made upon your arrival, as well as cleaning following your departure.
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are available to you to start your stay.
A travel cot is available on site.
