Quiet and well appointed resort like setting. Very friendly and accommodating service. It is away from main/tourist area so those wanting a nice and quiet place to retreat to at the end of the night will appreciate this place. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, which is about a 5. Minute tram ride to main tourist area. Breakfast and dinner was great and the spa amenities was just as nice. Would return again.

I wish the staff would have told us about the tram the first day so that we could have used it earlier. As well, we did not love the food served at the hotel restaurant. It was expensive for the meal and not really many choices. Staff was amazing otherwise.

It is a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. However the bedroom was way too hot on both nights and the aircon was not working. We mentioned it to reception but they didn't do anything, just explained that it was a hot day (it certainly was but other hotels manage to have working aircon on similarly hot days!). Other people were checking out early because of the same issue in other rooms. The breakfast options were limited for the price and were not replenished so often ran out. A shame because the hotel and the room itself was lovely and very well looked after otherwise.

Beautiful garden, decent facilities, we stayed in the annex building. Swimming pool. Walkable to Tours center, the way back is uphill. Good breakfast (French standards). This property can be perfect with additional small touches of service, they provide bathrobes and pool towels and take 150 euro deposit in the check-in desk and then you need to bring it back to the front desk, this is kind of weird. You need to ask for cleaning but putting sign on a door but no one explained about it, as we stayed only 2 nights it wasn’t a problem.
