Welcome to a charming, newly renovated 2-room apartment.
Come and recharge your batteries in modern, fully-equipped accommodation (WiFi, TV, fully-equipped kitchen) in the heart of downtown Tours, 2 minutes from the train station.
The apartment sleeps 4 (1 separate bedroom and a full-size sofa bed in the living room), making it perfect for families with children and workers/students looking for peace and quiet, proximity to shops and quality wifi.
Inside, you'll find a large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, full set of crockery, induction hob, etc.). Enjoy a comfortable sofa and connected TV.
The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (160*190cm) and a large wardrobe for easy storage.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower and WC.
