    L'appartement est idéalement situé près de l'hyper centre, avec ses bars, ses restaurants et ses magasins. Aussi près des berges du Rhône. Forcément un peu bruyant mais cela reste raisonnable. Néanmoins, l'appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.
