"Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

"This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

The equipment is of good quality and has all what you need. Enjoyed the BBQ area. The environment is perfect. Villecroze, Salernes, Cotignac all in about 15min distance.
